Walker Mountain Trading Post is located in the midst of the national forest next to Olympic National Park in Washington State. Set amidst towering Douglas fir, cedar, maple and alder trees, our historic former roadhouse is a destination in itself. Your visit to the Olympic Peninsula will not be complete without a "stop-by" at our unique antique and collectible shop.

| The building itself is a tourist attraction - it was built in 1931 as a roadhouse on what was then a dirt road, Highway 101. It became our family home before World War II when my dad, O.W. "Red" Cook, purchased the property.
Our shop is an ecclectic mix of old and new, collectible and usable. We strive to serve the serious collector while at the same time meeting the needs of the local logger looking for a single bit ax with a curved handle. This means unique surprises for you and your guests as you browse our merchandise filling the old common room and bar, the 'for-let' bedrooms, the restaurant kitchen, the meat locker room, the library and so on. Our inventory is constantly changing, and you'll be pleased that the majority is local - no buying trips out-of-area for us! In our rustic store you will find old, new and in-between ->>>>>>>>>> |
